Danger Zone for the Weekend of 10/28-10/30

Friday Oct. 28th

Person Shot Eleventh St and Phelps St 11:30pm

A 20-year-old man and his friends were walking when they heard gunshots and the victim felt a pain in his right eye. He was transported to an area hospital where he was in stable condition.

Person Shot Marsh St and A St 12:00am

An 18-year-old male was walking home from a house party when some Hispanic males exited a vehicle and shot at him, striking him in the shin, before fleeing. Victim went to hospital for treatment.

Homicide 4400 Townhome Dr 2:14am

Officers responding to a call found a 28-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso. Victim was trasported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Saturday Oct. 29th

Person Shot 1600 block of Shady Forest Way 7pm

A 17-year-old female was leaving the area when she heard a loud noise and realized she had been shot in the leg. She was taken to the hospital.

Person Shot Santa Paula Way and Ponce De Leon Ave 10:45pm

An 18-year-old male was driving through the area looking for a party when several shots were fired at his vehicle. One grazed his shoulder, causing him to crash. He fled on foot and called Police.

Person Shot 150 Gateway Ct 1:50am

A 20-year-old male was drinking beers in his cousin’s apartment when he felt a pain in his right leg and realized he had been shot. Officers located some 9mm casings and shotgun shells but no other suspect information was provided.

Sunday Oct. 30th

Person Shot 500 block of W Fremont St 4:50pm

An 18-year-old female was standing in the area when she heard gunshots and was shot. She was transported to the hospital by a friend for a non-life threatening injury.
